Une conclusion en beauté pour Jovinel et Godet

 

Pour clôturer cette belle après-midi de compétition à Pas en Artois. Place aux grosses épreuves de la journée avec les Trails de 8 et 14 Km à travers ces beaux sentiers de la Kilienne qui nous ont montré du beau spectacle. Tout cela sous le parrainage de la jeune Louisa Jacquemin atteinte de Trisomie 21 et de cardiopathie congénitale. Un beau moment d’émotion. En ce qui concerne ces deux épreuves, on eut droit à du beau spectacle avec tout d’abord le cavalier seul de Jeremy Jovinel qui remporta de belle manière le Trail 8 Km et enfin le beau duel entre  Valentin Godet et Julien Boutin. C’est finalement le 1^er cité qui aura le dernier mot en allant chercher la victoire. Une bien belle conclusion pour cette après midi de sport. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe organisatrice

 

Trail 8 Km : Une belle pour Jovinel

C’est un peloton fort de 110 unités qui s’élança dans cette dernière épreuve de la journée. Très vite on entrait dans le vif du sujet avec dés le 1ers hectomètres Jeremy Jovinel qui prenait le large à l’avant. Dans la foret du Chatelet, il reléguait déjà à quelques secondes un trio composé de  François Doudain, Philippe Thobois et Lilian Averland. Derrière ces valeureux guerriers, le trou était fait et on retrouvait en poursuite un peu plus loin : Aurélien Pierre

A signaler la très belle course de la féminine de Julie Tribou qui faisait la course en tête dans cette catégorie devant Valérie Soufflet.

Jovinel creuse l’écart

Au passage du gué de la Kilienne et à 500 m de l’arrivée de la ligne d’arrivée. Jovinel gardait le cap en tête de course et s’envolait vers la victoire devant François Doudain seul en 2^ème position. Derrière ces deux hommes, le trou était fait

A l’arrivée et avec panache Jeremy Jovinel remportait une belle victoire en solitaire devant François Doudain et Philippe Thobois

Chez les féminines, magnifique apothéose de Julie Tribou qui s’imposait avec la manière devant Valérie Soufflet et  Louise Prevost

Trail 14 Km : Le beau finish de Godet

C’est un très beau peloton de 150 concurrents qui se lança dans la bagarre sur le Trail de 14 Km avec de sérieux prétendants au départ.

Au passage du Gué de la Kilienne, la grande lessive était bien faite avec plus que deux hommes aux coudes à coude dans ces derniers hectomètres de course avec Valentin Godet et Julien Boutin. A quelques longueurs et en 3ème position on retrouvait Guillaume Elleboudt devant Nicolas Horde.
A signaler la belle prestation d’Alexandre Pennequin l’ancien organisateur de cet événement placé en 11^ème position au passage du Gué et finira 12^ème de cette belle course
D’autre part, la belle course de Delphine Dassonville très à l’aise sur ce circuit et en route pour une victoire chez les féminines

Au final c’est Valentin Godet qui aura le dernier mot en prenant l’avantage sur Julien Boutin tandis que Guillaume Elleboudt prenait une belle 3^ème place

Chez les féminines magnifique victoire de Delphine Dassonville devant Estelle Lebrun et Mano Duhautois

Beau succès pour cette 4^ème édition du Trail de la Kilienne avec du beau spectacle tout au long de l’après midi sans oublier de très belles animations du côté du Stade, notamment le judo, la battle Archery et l’accrobranche.

Autour de ça une belle animation autour de la fanfare Blitz Peritel sans oublier les majorettes de Pas en Artois qui ont régalé le public et enfin différents stands pour la vente de produits locaux

Une journée qui s’est terminée comme de coutume par la remise des récompenses sur le podium en présence des élus et du Président de la communauté de communes de l’Artois. Que du  bonheur, rendez-vous en 2024 pour une 5^ème édition qui se promet encore majestueuse.
